On Saturday I celebrated my 33rd birthday, went with Rowan and the kids to a WAFL reserves game, the sun shone all day and the Eagles did me proud. Stu and I really enjoyed the win with 34 000 other loyal supporters but what blew me away was what happened at the end of the game.

What do you reckon? I think Woosh may have stepped over the line a bit here! I kind of wish that he would just say that it was a really really bad performance!
Who got the better deal, WCE or Carlton?

I just read an interesting article here http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/sto…rom=public_rss that basically has a look at who got the better deal out of Carlton and West Coast after 10 rounds.
I reckon it is a bit hard to tell yet. However I must admit that I thought losing Judd was the end of the world! However I like the looks [...]

Neale Fong calls it WA’s Premier Christian Sporting event! I have to agree, this year was no exception! Here are some of my highlights;
Saturday night was great! Bec’s message was very good! One of our girls responded to the gospel which was very exciting.
I know i’m a bit biased, but the South Perth Youth Band [...]

Perfect timing! This post is devoted to the FLASH!
He has been a champion for the club and continues to play great footy. His skills in the wet are sensational and his run out of the back line is flashy. I guess that is why we call him ‘flash!’ Easily one of our best players this year. [...]

It would be unreal if we could make this a priority on Thursday;
Guys please make Thursday 22 May a day to fast and pray. I am not asking you to stop all your usual duties or activites, but have an attitude of prayer, the fasting will help keep your mind on the topic (SYG2008). As [...]
Don’t underestimate the wounded eagle!

Does anyone out there think that the wounded eagle has a chance today at beating the roos?
Will be interesting how the new boy goes? (apparently ex state soccer player!) Hope he goes well!
Well even if we get flogged we have to keep the bigger picture in mind. We are not tanking! We are blooding new players and keeping [...]
